What to expect after referral
Once we receive your referral we will respond within one working day to acknowledge receipt and confirm next steps. We will contact the family directly to complete registration, consent, and questionnaire completion. You will receive a copy of the diagnostic report following assessment, and a clinical letter after every subsequent appointment.
GP communication and shared care
We write to the child's GP following every assessment and clinical appointment. For children on ADHD medication, we actively seek shared care arrangements with the GP once the child is stable on an established dose. We understand that not all practices are able to accept shared care for privately prescribed medications — where this is the case, we document the attempt and continue to prescribe directly.
All correspondence is sent securely via encrypted email (Proton). If you have specific correspondence preferences, please note them on the referral form.
Fees and insurance
Our services are self-funded or covered by private health insurance. We are recognised by major insurers including BUPA, Aviva, Vitality, Allianz, Cigna, and WPA. Families are responsible for confirming their insurance cover before booking. Our full fee schedule is available at Fees page
